No tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

The contact form

When you send the form we receive your name, email address, the optional company and phone fields, your topic and your message. We use them only to answer you and to handle any work that follows. We keep them as long as needed for that conversation and our business records, and we do not sell them or share them for marketing.

To keep out spam, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA. Google receives technical data from your browser when the check loads, under Google's privacy policy and terms. We also keep a short-lived, pseudonymised record of form submissions to limit abuse. It contains no message content and no plain IP addresses.

Server logs

Our web server records requests (IP address, time, page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are rotated and deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@rstinnovative.com.
